Katie and Len's Snowy Winter Wedding

We're so excited to share this wedding today! This is what every winter Chicago wedding should look like. Katie and Len started their wedding day at the Wit Hotel in the heart of the loop. We met up with them there just as the snow started to fall. Jack, from Leap Weddings was also there to capture everything on video. After an intimate 1st look at the top of the hotel, we hit the town. Bridal party and couple braved the cold for some classic Chicago pictures. As the light faded we headed up to Cafe Brauer for the ceremony and reception. There wasn't a dry eye in the house during the intimate candle lit ceremony. As everybody enjoyed cocktails, planner Shannon Gail and the talented team from Stems transformed the Great Hall. After a lovely dinner provided by Blue Plate Catering, there were a few surprises! Len surprised Katie with a birthday cake (it was her 30th!) and everybody serenaded her with Happy Birthday! But the biggest surprise of all was Tommy the Hawk appearance at the start of dancing a gift to the couple from Shannon and Len's sister, Teresa! He got everyone out of their seats and dancing! Toast and Jam kept the party going way into the night. It was truly a night to remember. Congrats to Katie and Len! Thanks for letting us be part of your amazing wedding day! 

Alyssa and Matt's New Years Eve Nuptials

Alyssa and Matt tied the knot on snowy New Years Eve night. It's always hard for people to make plans for New Years, but it was easy for Alyssa and Matt's guests who knew instead of fighting their way through a packed bar they'd get a great meal, good drinks, a raging dance party - oh, and to celebrate 2 dear friends get married. For Alyssa and Matt and everyone lucky enough to be involved; celebrating love was the perfect way to ring in the New Year!

Love the Love: Chicago Style Weddings

Lisa and Andrea were married in an intimate ceremony last winter at the Peninsula. We are so excited that CSW decided to feature their wedding in the most recent issue of the magazine!  

Jenny and Chris's Merchandise Mart Wedding

Jenny and Chris were married on a mild March day. They tied the knot at one of our favorite locations, Old St Pat's. After a few stops around town for pictures, we headed back to the Holiday Inn Merchandise Mart for an intimate party. Overlooking the city, with breath taking views, Jenny, Chris, their family and friends danced until the wee hours. Congrats guys!

Bridget & Michael's Rookery Wedding

Bridget and Michael had a beautiful winter wedding at The Rookery in Chicago. Even thought it was winter the weather proved to be perfect and we were able to get some fun pictures with the couple before their intimate ceremony and reception in the main hall of The Rookery. Every detail was in place and the party rocked out thanks to Bridget and Michael's hard work and the hard work of Dana with Jewell Catering, The wonderful women of Natural Beauties Floral and Dustin with Toast and Jam.
