Laura & Mark's Logan Square Engagement Shoot

One of Laura and Mark's favorite things to do is to go The Logan Square Farmers Market on pleasant summer sundays. They decided for their engagement session that they wanted to give a nod to their Sunday morning routine and then head to another of their favorite spots in the city; The Garfield Park Conservatory. Of course we love shooting at scenic spots all over the city, but it's also fun to go to places that have sentimental value to our couples. If you haven't scheduled your engagement shoot with us yet, think about doing it at a places that means something special to you.

Rachel & Owen's MCA Masterpiece!

Owen and Rachel are both exceptionally busy people. Between finishing school, and Owen working as a writer and Rachel working as a lawyer they hardly had any time to plan the wedding. Thankfully, Rachel's parents were ready to step in and make sure everything came together! They selected the MCAWolfgang PuckExquisite Flowers, a band, and even picked up Soiree Events to help take care of all the details. It was a perfect evening - Owen and Rachel declared their love and their guests danced the night away!

Jessica & Michael's Old St. Pat's Ceremony

As one of the select few approved vendors at Old St. Pat's Church, we sometimes have to help a photographer out and shoot their couple's ceremony.  Jessica and Mike were in good hands with us; we had a great time at their ceremony and even got to do some photos after!  With a little bit of extra time, we took some shots in the park and West Loop.  Then, the couple and their wedding party went off for more photos with their other photographer before partying down at Carnival

Erin & Alex's Elegant Affair

Erin & Alex tied the knot and had a party at two of our FAVORITE venues in the city. They were married at Old St Patrick's Church, the oldest public building in Chicago. What followed was a party at The Rookery, perhaps one of the most architecturally significant buildings in the City, having been built by Daniel Burnham and renovated by Frank Lloyd Wright. Alex and Erin invited their guests to throw down and party with tasty treats from Blue Plate and great tunes from Toast and Jam. Check out their slideshow!
