Are you ready for it? Are you ready for the awesomeness that is Amanda and Jim's wedding? This lovely couple were married on a perfect summer day in late June. We've know Amanda for a few years as she's a planner with Shannon Gail Events. Even though she warned us that they were a crazy group, we weren't prepared for the nonstop action. Amanda and the girls got ready at her parent's house in Park Ridge. Before they jumped into their dresses, they had a mini dance party! Mass was held at St Joseph's Church on Orleans. From there we hit up a few of our favorites spots. The bridge at Lincoln Park Zoo, where Jim proposed was our first stop. The trolley never stopped rockin' and rollin', we had a moving dance party! Franklin St Bridge and the Chicago Theatre, where we ran into some zombies, finished out our photo tour. Carmichael's has never looked so good as it did that day! Shannon Gail made sure that every detail was perfect. Amanda's dad planned a special surprise for his toast, which had everybody in stitches! As the sun set over the city, Amanda and Jim shared their first dance under the stars. Green Light kept the dance floor packed and the party going into the wee hours. It was perfect.
